HOW TO ORDER: You can order by either phone, fax, post or email. To do this you can simply download the order form, complete and return to us.

PAYMENT: We accept payment by cheque or BAC's. Please make cheques payable to 'The Strawberry Card Company'. BAC's details are available on request. Payment terms are 28 days from when you place your order.

DELIVERY: Most items are held in stock and we aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days, should an item be out of stock we will notify you immediately and give you a delivery time. if you need the products in a hurry we will do our best to meet your deadline.

POSTAGE: All orders are sent via DHL. Carriage is £7.50 + vat on all orders under £100 + vat. Carriage is FREE on orders over £100 + vat.

RETURNS: All reasonable care is taken in packing your orders; Any damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

VAT: All our goods are subject to VAT.
