Terms & Conditions
- We do hope that you are very happy with what you receive. If you are not then please get in touch. You must return the order to us, in its original condition, within 28 days in order to get an exchange or refund.
- We can only exchange on the same product. If you would like a different item then a new order must be placed. Any returned items will be refunded immediately minus the cost of the initial postage fee. Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is provided. We will only replace with the same item.
- We are unable to refund on any personalised items as it will not be possible for us to restock these. This excludes damaged items.
- If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.
- The Strawberry Card Company is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We will never pass on any of your details to third parties. On occasion we like to inform customers of new products or special promotions that we have via via our occasional Newsletter. If you would prefer not to receive these Newsletters you can Unsubscribe at any time.
- All payment transactions are processed by PayPal.
